The people working were absolutely on point! The person who I spoke with on the phone and made the reservation with was rude...from the beginning to the end. Her name is Rae or Ray. This is a great place to take a group. They have a VIP room that has it's own private bar and it's fantastic. We went there as a team outing for work and it was great. We had the VIP room all to ourselves which was nice and could order drinks and food from the bar that only services this room so we got quick service which was nice as well.

Came here for son's birthday after having a gathering with my old coworkers. Lanes are great, facility is clean and pizza is amazing. You would think a bowling alley wouldn't have that great of pizza, but this one does. Also, a bar for the adults to indulge as well. Pricing is pretty good so no complaints.
Superb customer service. Excellent was an understatement for the service Erin provided to us today.
