I'm a regular with renting cars. Typically, I use the location on Germantown Parkway. This was my first and LAST time using them.
The customer service if great but I definitely don't like the wait! I guess I'm used to Hertz. Find my name and my car and then I'm gone. At Enterprise you have to wait in line to return and drop off and it's just a bit annoying. But nevertheless if return and use their services again.
I dropped off my rental at Hwy 64 location (used on a insurance claim). When I walked into building...they were not really busy...however, they were short staffed. I provided my name and information to the Mgr (a tall slender guy)..I told him I needed a ride back to my residence. He gave me a big spill about they only go 5 miles out. I said...well, let me go to other location since I do stay in the Cordova area. He suggested, I wait for another employee to take me home after he ran the miles from there to my home. So, the next customer walks in... (middle age of white guy). Another person helped him...he asked the customer how did everything go and did he need to be dropped off anywhere. My mouth dropped open to hear such a difference in my experience verse this customer. I never experienced racism like that since I was a kid.
I will never go there again.
Quick and easy service. In and out within 15 minutes both for delivery and pick up. 5 stars all dayyy. ALLL DAY
Quick friendly service. The car i was supposed to pick up was stained and smelled like smoke on the inside. The young gentleman gave me another cleaner car. I would recommend this place to anyone!
They have great service however they make you jump through hurdles to get a damn rental car. Don't go up there without a credit card because they'll make you back go back home and get an MLGW bill or something to prove that you're a real person. I don't get it. A debit card isn't enough for them!
