I would give this place ZERO stars if it were possible. I got a call from my insurance adjuster telling me I was approved for repair. When I went there, I was told my adjuster didn't do their job by actually setting an appointment for me. Come back next Wed. Went Wed. I was told it would be three days the week before that it wasn't that much damage. On Friday I called to find out if the car was ready. No, it's just going in for paint now, I was told the same thing SAT, MON, TUES, WED. THURS it was finally ready(?) I wouldn't pay my deductible until I viewed the car. When I tried to open my passenger door, it hit the fender. (just a minor adjustment!) So they don't even check their work. They cost my insurance $600. more than if I had taken it to a place I wanted to take it. Now the hood isn't lined up on both sides (gap is bigger on one side than the other) I also had a wheel replaced. All of my tires HAD nitrogen in them.....not anymore. I was told to take it to Sears where they had the tire remounted on the new wheel. Wasn't that their job in the first place? They already had my car 8 days in total. Why should I sit at Sears all day waiting on something than should have been right in the first place? All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, including an enemy. They suck. They LIE, and they don't complete or do good work. BTW: Someone hit the rear bumper of my car, they quoted me $1700. I went to Mr. Bumper (I had dealt with him before) The quote there was $300. Talk about a place that rips you off, then doesn't even do the work correctly in the first place! NEVER AGAIN. Do Not Call me trying to make nice either, you had a job, you didn't do it. Why should I put up with your lies and leave my car any longer than you already had it.
The customer service and professionalism of the entire staff is a breath of fresh air this day in age. My car was deemed a total but Jason and his team went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the whole process. I've had my car repaired at this location before and it was like getting back a brand new car so I can vouch for their quality of work in addition to the customer service that puts other body shops to shame. I recommend everyone I know that needs car repairs to take it to Jason and his team. If your lucky enough to get Buddy as your representative like I was you are gonna be dealing with a true professional that will treat you like family! Bottom line there isn't a better place in Memphis to take your vehicle if your needing body work

Excellent service they have fixed our car twice from two different deer impacts. Both times they did an excellent job and no one can tell that it has been repaired twice. Staff is very friendly and answers all questions and concerns.
Nothing bad to say about them so that's a good thing lol
