Worst experience I've ever had at a hat store! when you ask an employee for a low crown hat and they treat you like you're an idiot to hide the fact that they know nothing about hats.
Great store, friendly staff with items I haven't seen anywhere else.

Poor customer service. Only one decent so called manager on duty. Seems like anyone who works in the store is considered a manager when I asked.
