I would of give five stars for the kindness of the staff,they were great. The Doctor was excellent, cared for my safety and really listen to all my concerns, good man. But the nurse practitioner grouchy rude with bad PR and no customer relations at all.I waited at leased 15 minute on hold for her, till I called back. I just gave them business they could of give me my antibiotics to give me a head start so in the morning I can go to Baptist Desoto and be ahead of the problem, I was feeling better than I was after I had left.
Arrived 15 min after they opened, filled out 4 repetitive forms. Waited for two and a half hours for a five minute look over and now going on another half hour to be able to leave with prescription. They should call it anything but urgent care
I have always had great experiences with Minor Med. Tonight was no exception. After getting the run around from my worker's comp company and refusing to be seen by another urgent care facility without my medical records from my ER visit (all so I could get a referral to see a plastic surgeon for a dog bite to the face)- Minor med got me in without any struggle. It was a super quick visit, the NP was amazing, and I got everything I needed. I've been two other times for other issues and again, always quick visits (less than an hour) with great care from the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors alike. My husband and I will be using these guys for our personal urgent care needs from here on out.
They get u in & out in no time at all. The Dr s & NP seem to care abt you. & take their time to talk to you. Especially NP- Fawn Cress. She's really nice & respectful. And the Staff were really friendly. Super nice & clean place to go
Signed in at 3:31pm. It is now 4:21pm and not ONE employee has acknowledged my existence. I've worked in doctor offices before and this is unacceptable!
She said they canceled that the ER will give the to me. More to this ect.
