He had several options available, but ultimately the ring we decided on wasn't in the store. He ordered it in my preferred specifications, and it turned out better in person than I anticipated! Chris was very knowledgeable and eager to help. I wouldn't hesitate to return and have Chris help me again.
Janie was wonderful and so helpful - I took my grandmothers ring in to be sized. It came back earlier than anticipated, even during the Christmas season! The ring was sized perfect and cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY when I picked up - thank you does not express how grateful I am enough!!

Couldn’t ask for better. Jamie at the counter and Chris Thomas (store manager) were knowledgeable, professional, understanding, and above all else extremely helpful. As for the products, their pricing is unequivocally better when looking at value of the diamond. The chain stores charge the same per carat but the chain stores quality is abysmal in comparison. I for one will go nowhere else for my jewelry business.
