I understand you get what you pay for and I knew I wasn't getting a top notch room, but I was in town overnight and just need somewhere to sleep with my 3 year old. The parking lot was littered with garbage. The walk to the elevator, I had to walk around what looked like feces all over the ground. I'm not picky but the room was filthy... I killed a bug in the shower the minute we walked in. There were large finger print smudges all over the walls, that looked like...I don't even want to think of what they were. They were clear enough that I could see them across the room and there were more in the bathroom. The kitchenette area also looked very unkempt. I actually cried while I googled another hotel....I could not let my child stay in this room. I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the room I actually left... I left without checking out, I just walked out after I quickly organized my luggage. Fortunately, I had friends in the area that were kind enough to take us in for the evening. The pictures on your website are very deceiving.
Liked at first ... Used to stay every weekend til I got accused of stealing a TV and the could provide no proof and was not allowed to stay anymore .... I was deeply offened
Very Good Location. right across from interstate 40 and 64. My room was ok not best but for the price you paid it's worth it. staff was very kind and generous with the concern .Management do care about this place and guest staying here. I love to stay here longer.
Run, unless you love to sleep and dine with roaches! From the battered room, that had pictures falling off the wall and the nightstand drawer was broken. It looked as if someone had stabbed the walls and scrapped all on the bathroom walls! The staff was terrible.. From being threatened and I guess they feel they are special since they have Bartlett police instead of Memphis police. This hotel is a joke and their staff will talk to you any kind of way and can care less about assisting you.
Staff is very kind and generous with the concern of the guests. God bless them. I don't know what I would do without their assistant. Management and their Morale is Wonderful. I believe I will hang around even a little longer than expected. Thank you so much everyone..
