I went to see a movie and the screen was having issues. I went and let the staff know about that, and I went back tot he theater to enjoy the movie. All through previews the screen messed up a lot. The movie started and the screen was still bad and the lights weren’t dimmed whatsoever. Another person got up and went to complain. 5 minutes in nothing changed. The staff was nice enough to give me a refund on my ticket and confessions. Staff was too lazy and 3 people ended up leaving and asking for a refund. Good job.
Staff is always friendly. Matinee prices are worth it. Concessions cost a little less than the other theatres in the area. Seats are comfortable. Concessions staff work very hard and there's usually never a long enough wait for Concessions to be late for a movie. I've never had any problems with the quality of a screening.
Great place to go to for movies. Can be a bit busy during the weekends but overall it's nice and the concessions are good though a bit expensive like everyone I believe they are a bit cheaper compared to the Malco or two dollar theater. Prices are pretty much same as everyone else not much different. Cheaper when you go and watch movies earlier in the day compared to at night too if on a budget.
Clean theater with a good variety of American and Indian movies. Also has 3D movies. On site security and diverse crowd. Great management and friendly staff.
