My sister did some work for her after several promise's she had still not seen a dime!
Never use this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my Amazon Local voucher for a duct cleaning. I called to set up my appointment, and the woman who answered said she would call back in a few minutes. About 4 hours later I heard from her and we did manage to schedule an appointment for a few weeks later. I was told they would come between 8 am and 1 am and I would receive a call one hour before. They never showed; never called. I called around 2 pm to complain and had to leave a message, which was never returned. I finally got through to someone today (I believe it was the same woman). She was unapologetic and said she had no appointments available and that I should contact Amazon Local for a refund. Fortunately, the folks at Amazon Local were great to work with and processed my refund, but I hope they never work with 1st Choice in the future!
You guys suck ass
They provided great customer service. They were fast, reliable and very affordable. They seemed very detailed and their employees were hard working. They got the job done.
I just had my air conditioning vents cleaned and the guys were very professional and polite. They showed me what they were doing before and after and I am very pleased with the job they have done. I am definitely going to recommend them and use them again in the future for maintenance on my system. Thank you 1st Choice for making this a good experience! And thanks to Mike and Jeffery for the good job that you did.
