Really poor experience with this roofing company. They were all set to work on my roof, but the day they showed up to start, they decided it was priced incorrectly. They left without fixing anything and never heard from them again.
Did a great job. Went the extra mile
David Lucius worked with my insurance company to replace parts of my roof that suffered wind damage. He was honest with them and I got the replacements I was entitled to. I elected to pay for the entire roof to be replaced. All nails were driven by hand, and they even painted my metal roof vents to match the new roof.
He could have made more money on the job by pressing me to tear off the old roof, but instead recommended leaving the old roof intact on my house which saved me money. My house was only about 10 years old with single layer shingles on it, so the additional new layer was not too heavy.
Lucius Roofing replaced two flat roofs on our home. Two months later, one of the roofs, unfortunately, started leaking. BUT they responded quickly to repair the problem. My contact person always responded to all phone calls and texts and made sure that any concerns I had where promptly addressed (even coming out on a Sunday). They then repaired all the interior damage (ceiling damage) beautifully. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.
Have called repeatedly, sent several emails, and have yet to hear back from anyone since the first week of June as to whether or not they have contacted my insurance adjuster. They need to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Very disappointed, complete waste of time, now starting over with a different company.
