The staff is very nice and the store is very clean. This is the best place in the City of Bartlett to go for pet supplies.
No one in this store has ever been ever to help me in this store because they never know they inventory. Well all that changed when I met a very nice and smart young man by the name of Aaron! He had such a positive attitude and had no problem what so ever answering every question I had. I definetely will only be shopping there in the afternoons. That's when he said he works! He was amazing and such a delight to have someone so helpful. For him and him only I give this store 5 stars.
Great selection and wonderful, knowledge staff. My primary stop for all my pet needs! Also great location in Bartlett Shopping Center!
Shelves are empty and what they do have I'd mostly chicken. I guess they don't care about the animals that have food allergies. Very sad for a pet store. The one in cordova has a better selection
Bree in grooming at the Bartlett store always does a great job with my dog. She is the only one that cuts his nails short enough and brushes him so good he doesn't shed when I pick him up.. and he sheds a lot! He always looks and smells great when Bree is done with him. She is always nice too.
