I hate this bank with a fiery passion. I don't even have an account here and tried making a deposit into someone else's account and was a freaking ridiculous experience. They needed an ID for me to make a cash deposit (so stupid - what does it matter who I am?) It's pouring and my drivers license was in my trunk but sent over my handgun carry permit. They said that was unacceptable and was "not a state-issued ID". HUH? Pretty sure the State of TN gave me that ID. I asked if I could write a check and not have to show ID and they said yes. EXPLAIN THAT TO ME. They'd rather have a check than a cash deposit. I may not have been so hot had (a) I not waited in the drive-thru FOREVER and (b) had the teller had been a little nicer. Bank of America could not CARE LESS about customer service which is why I will never have an account there. But again, they don't care. Especially someone who makes $10/hour.
The quality of staffing goes down the drain with this one. The window lady seemed to be doing her job effectively, I asked her "Hey, how's it going?" She replied in a very polite tone, "Thank you for asking, it's going well." Took a nice peep around her to discover one of her coworkers working the inside system was dancing and laughing while there were 12 people in line. A bearded gentleman, second to last in line, looked back at his buddy, exchanged some dialogue, then they both left shaking their heads. I feel so bad for all the people who were victim of this silly individual acting like her job was to be a little play girl dancing, laughing, and cutting up. Get your act together, bank.
I can not believe the wait time. No matter of it's the drive thru or in side. Customer service is less then marginal. To hard to deposit and receive my own money. If someone want to put money in my account they have to have my account info where all they need is my name and address. Bank is worse then one star. I am leaving this bank for the reasons mentioned, I don't have 20 min to wait in a line to do my banking.
Long lines....... not enough employee....20 ppl in line and only two cashier
Slow, inefficient, and nasty! Get a grip! Should be serving 3 people every 6 minutes, M-I-N-I-M-U-M!!
