Now they STOLE money from me and think they can just apologize for their employees ignorance to make it okay. Suntrust employee says my first check order is free. I call to get the charge removed from my account and am told "sorry for someone misinforming you." I'm seriously about to stand in front of this bank and offer every single customer $300 to close their Suntrust account. It'll probably be cheaper than the amount that Suntrust has STOLEN from my business!!!
There's only one person that has good customer service & she's a white girl with brown hair, but she's just a teller. All the other people have stuck up attitudes and treat you as if you're not worth their business. Because of the people at this location I'm currently seeking a different place for my business banking. I've been with Suntrust for almost 10 years and it's now time for a change.
I was faithfully going to this bank once a week and at first customer service was great. It is absolutely horrible at this point! Today was the last straw. I am contacting the branch president. I stood in line for 15 minutes along with 6 other customers and the tellers were busy attending to a customer ON THE TELEPHONE!!! I am not unreasonable and it really wasn't the fact that they were busy with the customer on the phone but more so they said ABSOLUTELY nothing to the customers in front of their faces!!!! We all had on badges so clearly we were on our lunch breaks. NEVER AGAIN! We all left without being serviced!!!!
Bank denied me a safe deposit box without justification
I've been going to this branch for 3 years for work and they have terrible customer service. If it were up to me, I would change banks.
