It was okay. Ate lunch here with my husband. Food was just okay, I wouldn't go back.
Went to the fine staff at this location last night. There was quite sufficient staffing to take care of the number of customers that were there. I had to return a turkey that was provided by a different store in the location. I was quite nervous that I would not be able to swap with the correct flavor. The staff made my request very easy. They fulfilled my request rapidly and made me feel greatly satisfied. I left feeling like I was a very valued customer. I will be back again!!!

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Every time I call or come up to the store, someone tells me a different answer to the exact same question...do you take the redemption coupon. I've been patiently waiting to use it again since the first time resulted in me not being able to purchase a turkey (Bc the salesperson didn't state that a reservation number in no way actually reserves your order!) only to be told now that they do not redeem the coupon
There is no better place in the City of Bartlett for a dad to get a turkey or ham for the holidays. I also am a great fan of their sweet potato pie casserole. By the way if you take it out of the tray and put it in a dish people might think that you cooked it!
