I used to frequent this location, but moved to Germantown, so I had not been in quite some time. I met a friend there last weekend. The renovations are very nice, but honestly, that is about it. It was a steady day, there was a decent sized line, and also a line in the drive through (no different than most of my coffee visits), however, the wait time for our drinks was, and I-kid-you-not, 27 minutes. I couldn't believe it when i saw the ticket time on my drink and checked it against the current time. When she rang me up, I knew something was wrong, my order was nearly $7.00 for a drink that normally cost around $5.00. They were busy, so I didn't question it. We waited and waited and waited for our drinks. They appeared to be making them out of order, prioritizing the drive through. People that had arrived much after we had we receiving their drinks. When I finally did get my drink it was not made correctly, which was extremely frustrating after waiting nearly half and hour and also paying close to $7.00. I watched as they made other drinks incorrectly and were not friendly to customers who brought them back so I decided not to say anything. I have been a bartender, so I understand it is hard to make drinks, I don't fault anyone for being busy. It can be hard dealing with tons of different orders, but this place could use some organization. It really made me not want to go back to this location.
Six people working. One guy making drinks. It took 10 minutes to get my drink, and it was sweetened milk (they forgot to add the coffee). Thank God I didn't go through the drive through or drive off.
The lady with the purple hair was making drinks for people and never ever stopped to clean the counters.
The service was not great. The bathrooms, tables, floors and even the counters were nasty!!
That filth didn't just happened. That was filth from hours earlier. Sad, I just went home to free coffee, clean bathrooms and kitchen.
Newly remodeled, but they forgot to add espresso to my latte.
There was a polite and friendly lady taking out the trash. We were there for over 45 minutes and still not was cleaned.
Slow service even with 5 people working and no lines in the drive thru . Got to wonder what the priorities are - restocking or customers ? I would recommend Time management and priorities training . The coffee was actually very good - time for service is a thumbs down . I’ll be back only if I’m in this neighborhood.

I have NEVER been to this location and not waited an EXTREMELY long time. Today I stopped by to get some coffee and there were about 5 people in the drive thru and the line didn’t move at ALL in the 10 minutes I waited. I was hoping to have a better experience today, epescially at 11:30 in the morning, but same SLOW service.
