I find it aggravating that they are open from 8am to 6pm on Sunday but no one can help you until 10am.I have been driving around for almost 2 hours trying to find my parents graves.
Always come here for unfortunate circumstances, but the staff is super friendly and very accommodating.
We live out of town so we were unable to attend the recent funeral for the mother of a very good friend. We ordered flowers directly from M F H and asked for a full spray of flowers. I was totally embarrassed when our friends sent us a picture of the what we got for $150. The spray only had about 12 flowers and it looked just pitiful. This was very disappointing and I would suggest if you need to order flowers for your loved one or friend to use FTD, Not Memphis Funeral Home!
