The store itself was organized and very clean, numerous samples to choose from in making my selection on flooring, and the sales team were all very helpful in educating me in the many different types of flooring and letting me know the best flooring option to fit me and my lifestyle. Upon choosing my flooring and paying for it, i was scheduled for my install in a timely manner and my install was flawless. I would highly recommend The Floor Depot for anyone's flooring needs.
I had a good experience at the Southaven location so when a family member asked who to use I told them to go here. My cousin needed some carpet fast and The Floor Depot Bartlett was able to find a really nice option, in stock. They were able to get it installed way faster than I would have thought possible. She was mostly impressed with how they dealt with possible problems of the install. The pad she picked out was out of inventory and they were able to find a replacement super quick. I highly recommend.

i have had floors from THE FLOOR DEPOT twice and both experiences were awesome! The sales staff were professional and knowledgeable. I got beautiful floors at a great price. Both times - the crew that installed the floors did a great job. My 3 dogs made things 'interesting' but the installers were really understanding and helpful! That kind of service says a lot about this company!!!
