Hardly any patients, but had to wait 45 minutes in the room for the doctor.
Phones never get answered and when they do they send you to someone who can help but goes to a voicemail box. When you leave a voicemail they never return the call
Told the doctor I needed refills and to give me a new prescription for different test strips but they still send me my old ones even though insurance won’t cover them. My refills haven’t been sent in and E Scripts says they sent something in for more insulin pen needles for me but the doctors have yet to respond
I have been here a couple of times trying to figure out some health issues related to losing weight and being pre diabetic. This place has given me the worst experience ever and I have decided against ever going here. I was in good spirits because it did have a good rating on here, however, my experience has been quite the opposite. Most of the staff is nice, however, they do not seem to want to return phone calls and have overcharged and done unnecessary tests and have found nothing wrong as of yet. The doctor was decent, however, she did not really want to listen to what I had to say. I still have yet to get a diagnosis and am fed up with the lack of communication.
Horrible service.
Excellent service, great doctors and the medical professionals are second to none. I highly recommend the Diabetes education/self-management class for anyone living with or living with a loved one with diabetes. This class is a game changer!
Dr latif and the nurses at am diabetes are very knowledgeable and up to date on diabetes they participate and run studies on the newest diabetes treatments and have an excellent insulin pump center they are also very patient friendly and offer excellent training to their patients I highly recommend Dr latif and his practice their pump center is cutting edge and again very patient friendly
Been going to Latiff for years, I don’t know what’s happened the past year but it’s gone down hill
Dr. Latiff and all of his staff have always been great. They answer any questions or concern easily. This office has everything I needed when I was newly diagnosed with diabetes from medical visit with Dr Latiff to education classes to teach me about my insulin, meter usage, and food carb identification and portions. I have had no complaints over the years I have been a patient.
Was in there Wednesday, day before thanksgiving.
