It's great for kid but it's not so good when you can't get in unless you have a group. Sucks
The woman who runs this place, Julie, needs a lesson in customer service. I booked with her, and she specifically told me one price because they had sent me an email coupon that I planned to use. When I got the bill, it was double what she quoted me. This nice young man at the desk called her on the phone to see what to do, and she told me, "I don't know what you're talking about." "We don't have a party for that price, etc." I tried to read the coupon to her and remind her of what she told me the price would be when I booked based on their back to school special and my coupon, and she was very confrontational and rude. I realized there's no point arguing with a fool and told her we would not be back. Sad that my daughter's birthday had to end on such a downer. The kids who work there were nice, though, especially Zachary-very polite and peofessional. Plenty of other fun venues for parties to not have to deal with drama.

The staff was so great! We had a double birthday party so this meant twice the amount of kids, twice the amount of gifts, twice the amount of insanity...but they handled it all for us. Not only did they serve the pizza to the kids but they also dished out the extra fruit we brought and took the time to ask the kids what flavor of cupcake they wanted. When it came time to pack up the gifts they carefully went through reading name tags and making two different piles for each of the birthday boys. They even made sure to attach the personalized balloons we brought to each respective gift pile as they helped us load up the car!! The little extra touch and care they took meant the world to this mom.
Attended a party over the weekend the whole family had a amazing time! The staff was amazing and was very attentive and played with my kids! Planning on booking next party’s there! Highly recommend for everyone! Also met the new owner and she is amazing!!!!!
