Reception staff was friendly and efficient. After a short wait, I was taken back to be seen by the nurse and ultrasound tech. The nurse, Johnna, was great. She was very empathetic and comforting. The ultrasound tech, Amy, was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, our experience with the facilities and staff were great. As far as emergency rooms go, this one exceeded expectations.
