Great service and not pushy or sneaky like I have had in the past. Gave me top dollar for the trade in and I was treated like a member and not just a customer. I will be buying form Sunrise again, just not any time soon since I have a new Encore to enjoy!!!!!!!! Thanks Mark for all you didi ti get me a great deal and an even better SUV!!!!!!!
If I could give this place a zero, I would. We bought an Encore from them. The sales rep, Derrick, who also happened to be a manager, told us there was a small repair made to the bumper. Just some paint replaced. We asked for a carfax and they said since it was a brand new car, used as a demo car, there wasnt one. So we bought the car. After purchasing the car, we had nothing but trouble. They sent our title to the wrong state, so it took 60 days to get our car registered. Then, they didnt check our payoff balance, went strictly off what we told them, and called to tell us we needed to pay 1500 more to pay off our previous car. THEN....we go to trade the Encore in a couple years later, and come to find out, our vehicle was actually wrecked, included a police report and had moderate damage to the bumper. So, they lied to us about the damage, and now we are wayyyy upside down on this vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Enjoyed my visit. Am not ready to make a decision but was not pressured. Dean is very professional and helpful. I will return when closer to a purchase.
Everyone was awesome. They beat all the out of town dealers on price and then topped it off with even better service. If you need a new or used truck or suv you owe it to yourself to go and check them out. Service is outstanding too
I took my husbands GMC to get the account checked and come to find out that he had experienced road damage from express way construction work. He said he heard a sound early in the week that the ac stopped working but he didn't realize the two were related. The mechanic realized that it had to be damage from the highway so he recommended that we talked to her insurance company. A claim adjuster came and checked out the car, they picked up the tab we pay the deductible and the SUV is fine.
