Total lack of class and terrible business practices. These folks are not even competent enough to handle a business deal and will not honor any dealings.
I bought a Honda Civic in June from them. It is September and I have already paid 2300 in repairs. I have purchased Honda vehicles since 2005 and this is my first lemon. I am crying lemonade tears.
I had a great experience dealing with this dealership! They were very welcoming when I came here. They didn't hound me as I came in the parking lot and was ready to answer questions when I had them. Robert Wooten was more than helpful and him and his finance guy worked with my credit and got me an awesome deal! I will recommend this dealership to anyone!
I would not recommend anyone coming here. They don't keep their promises on detailing the cars. If they show you a car, and promise to detail it afterwards. WALK.....AWAY. I bought a 2008 Toyota Camry last week, and the salesperson (Hi Reggie Benson) told me they were going to detail the car after I purchased it. I knew I shouldn't have but I did, trusting in them to properly get it cleaned. I got it back 2 hours later, and he said some stains weren't able to come out. (What detailing service can not get koolaid out the seats?) Then I looked at the dashboard. I mean the only thing it looks like they did was wipe down the steering wheel and radio with a hot towel. I still had stains under my radio, on the knobs, in the ceiling, and on the carpet. Just today, I found a huge wod of gum under the passenger seat. I've been so ashamed of how it looks to let anyone ride with me, so I know the gum was there before I purchased the car. UNBELIEVABLE! Only reason I did not make them take it back and re-clean was because I had somewhere to be. Seriously Autofirst, ya'll were so nice when I purchased the car, I would atleast expect you all to keep your promises and clean the damn thing after I just gave you $5000. Should have walked away when he purposely tried to sell the car without telling me the CD player worked. (He was messing around with it earlier) Thank God my dad saw it, and they gave a discount. Still when buying an used car, you expect it to not be perfect, but as many used cars I've seen that were 10 times cleaner, you all could do better. Don't come here.
