The staff was very helpful and professional. Accepts just about all forms of insurance. Dr. D was very patience and concerned for the health of my teeth. Just informed me what was needed and never pushy. Most dentist seemed to be in a hurry and rather rough when cleaning, etc. Not so with Dr. D!
Horrible customer service. They're very nice at the beginning but when they don't get their way not so much!! I had my first appointment met with the assistant who was super nice and did an OK cleaning and then brought the doctor in just to check the rx but he didn't even do one single filling that I needed. It was ok since he's the only doctor in the office, I got my appointment for Monday July 18th, made all arrangements at work and on the previous Friday I get a call that the doctor forgot he had a previous thing that same day and was not going to be available the whole week... I said ok, no problem when's the next appointment? Aug 3rd... TWO WEEKS LATER...Fine I'll wait I said and the receptionist was very apologetic and thank me for understanding... Come the day of the appointment I got caught up on a meeting at work and couldn't leave, I've been waiting for TWO WEEKS to get teeth out and wanted to get the job done more than they wanted my business, but I just couldn't leave the office so called one hour before the schedule appointment (when I found out I was not going to be able to leave) and explained the situation to the receptionist, to which she responded: "WOW, he was a full evening reserved for you only, if you cancel now is going to be a $50 charge".... soon I have to understand when you have inconvenience but you wouldn't work with your client?? even when I explained several times why I needed to reschedule!! she then tried to get me to go just for part of the job so she wouldn't have to charge me the $50, she literally said: "Can you come just to get a filling at least so you don't get charge the cancellation fee??"
I was in a panic when I had to find a new dentist , but I love this dentist. They're extremely kind to their patients and are very good at explaining what's going on. After going here a few times I then brought my entire family and we love it.
Dr D was very friendly with a Christian attitude. He had good prices and let everyone know up front what the cost would out of pocket. Angi the hygienist was also very informative as to how I can better take care of my teeth and seemed to care about the future of my oral health. This office as a team seems to work well together to make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in.
I understand there's a fee for not canceling before 24 hours, but if you could bend the rules your way why not help you patient when they need help?? Of course I got the bill for the $50, but I hope with this review no else gets scam at this place!
The whole process from signing in to seeing the Dentist was very awesome. Pam, the receptionist is a joy. Dr D. is soooooo pleasant. The whole atmosphere is very serene and calming. 5 stars to the whole staff.
