Wonderful staff!!
NEVER EVER USE DR. TERRY TURNER! I went in for a full mouth restoration and within one month my crowns were cracking. I called to ask him to fix the issues and he responded by sueing me for the last payment. We paid the last payment but he still refused to re do his faulty work. After every crown cracking and literally crumbling I have had no teeth and he said and I quote, "that's not my problem!" I went to see a very reputable dentist who has been dentist of the year four years in a row. This dentist told me I was charged for metal partials but received a plastic flipper. As a matter of a fact this dentist said in his 35 years of denistry he has never seen such poor quality. He advised me to go to the dental board and he is backin me up 100%. I have called and sent in writing I want my money refunded so I can get this horrific thing fixed, and had no response. This Dr. Turner doesn't even need a license to practice. He is under investigation now!
Dr. Turner fraudgelently charged my insurance for expensive services that were not done. He charged me $23,000 for this work. As of late he has made no attempt to refund my money.
Great office! Wonderful staff. Dr. Turner is an awesome Dentist!
