Long wait times for walk-ins. Maybe better to have appointments. Staff is friendly, but slow.
Excellent! My sales associate Patrick was very helpful and friendly. He made sure I got the best phone I could get for the best deal, and even got me a really cool case for my phone! He also reviewed my account and payment plan options to see which phone and price would work out best for my budget. Every other time I've been to an AT&T store it has been a nightmare but this time was very enjoyable. Job well done!
My general go to spot for ATT. The employee's that I have worked with here have been great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Even when there is quite a few people on the wait list this location seems to get through them in a fairly quick manner. Will continue to use this location!
This store make At&t look really bad!!! Horrible customer ever!! And not just that but they are racist! I am white my husband is Jamaican and this lady took our name but guess what she never actually put it in! And we wait for more than 1 hour and after we been saying about our name they say we have to Wait again
Mindy helped me but my new phone yesterday...i am so happy...she took out the time to explain every th ing to me and was patient with the extra questions my friend had. She helped us connect our Bluetooth even though we just purchased the phone there and not the Bluetooth....she went above and beyond...she explain direct tv and we plan to get that Service soon
