This will be the last time I wait 2-3 hours for a tire rotation having purchased tires from Sam's Club. It makes no difference when you show up. Friday at 6pm or Tuesday at 8am. The staff honesty don't care and the management has a deaf ear. Ship around for tires in Memphis and you'll find better service and pricing.
Good place to shop for certain items... If you have a Big Family definitely a Great place to shop!
Sam's club is a wonderful place to visit. Everything in the store is something that I'd like to buy. Each time I visit I buy one special item and make a wish list for next trip.
I will never shop at this or any Sam's again. I bought a mattress set one week ago, and when I came by to pick it up, I discovered that they sold it to someone else. That's fraud isn't it?? To sell something twice?? Then they sent us on a merry chase to yet another Sams in the area to pick it up there. Well, the second location did not have it either!! Never again, Sam.
Sam's optical show is great. They can make lenses to fit any frame. And cheaper than using insurance at other specialty optical shops.
