I absolutely cannot stand Sprint. They are crooks.
Whitney was super.C.S., very efficient,friendly. She should b in charge there or maybe she is. Very customer friendly. Thats my new sprint store only.
Yesterday they had SIM cards for sale and for some reason they no longer sell them today. Waste of time.
Great store! Went in there to buy a new phone and was approached with professionalism by a young lady called Ebone, she was very knowledgeable and took time to help me threw my situation. The whole staff that that store is awesome. A must go to.
2 hours to handle a simple request. They were all about what they were going to get to eat though. Don't bother. Customer service and phone service are horrible
