My 1st time renting from them and everything has been great. I got a new bedroom set and it is beautiful. No hidden cost.
the bed was delivered Monday the manager of the store sold it to me and i asked to have everything delivered in plastic and i did not receive my request after being told i would. He told me they treat everything so garuanteed i will not have bedbugs. I have video of the bed bug infested mattress they delivered! I did not put any bedding on the bed because fear of the mattress being infested and indeed it was! Now i have to treat me and my child for these bites and pay out of pocket to get my house treated because God only knows if they are now elsewhere in my house.
I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company through out the experience of doing business with them. When they came & delivered the furniture they were totally professional and the only thing you have to do is tell them what you want and they'lol do exactly what you ask.
First class assholes... These guys debited my account illegally. Note that I don't have any type of account with these people. I call and explained the situation and asked nicely for them to reverse whatever they did. They got crazy definsive and made me feel like I did the wrong. Quinten, Wayne and whoever your DM is. Trust and believe I am young but far from stupid. LAWSUIT LAWSUIT LAWSUIT!!!
Manager and staff are very professional and nice
The beds we ordered required assembly, however, the delivery team took care of this for us. It was free of charge, but we felt it proper to give a small tip. Thumbs up!
