My experience was horrible! Every time I go I have a bad experience I was seated and no one ever came to take my order and whenever I needed something they took their time about coming back when it was time to get the check I waited so long that I thought my meal was free I had to raise my hand to get anyone’s attention
I haven't been to an Applebee's in about 3 years. The food was great. The atmosphere needs some work. There was a group at the bar talking loudly and cursing. They were talking about their sports team. I found it odd that no one in management found the cursing to be inappropiate.
Food was great. Sat at the bar and had a Jameson peach sour. Yummy! I felt for the bartender. ..ghetto people crying about the dollarita not strong enough.. They kept running out of glasses.. Love the people that work there.. Most of the patrons are garbage.
Service was great. However my husband and I ordered boneless wings for our appetizer and when it came, it was hardly any chicken. Just small hard fried pieces of breading. After this was corrected. Our entrees came out. I had a 6 oz steak medium and my Hubby had a 8 oz medium. They sent those steaks out practically raw. Now we are frustrated. And ask for our food to go. When we got home we realize that they gave us 2 6 oz steaks and one was supposed to be 8oz. On top of that, they were burnt. I mean black and dry could barley cut the thing. Then when I called back to the store, someone who sounded like he just hates his job pick up very rude like. I ask for a manager and he said "Mannnn" and hung up. I called back a few times to the store just to get a busy tone. As far as I'm concerned they stole from me. The kitchen needs to be fired or retrained. This was a complete waste of 50 dollars. I need that refunded or compensated some how. I do not recommend. Server girl was very nice and professional though.
I've been coming to this Applebees for years but today I got the worse service ever. The grill chicken was barely cooked inside. Im not trying to get salmonella. My son and I had to ask for a refill 4 times before we finally got one. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because the boneless wings were good and they did replace my raw chicken with a decent cheeseburger. It may be awhile before I go to this location again.
