Two occasions where it took them ten mins to answer the monitor and once it took them 30mins to bring out my order.
I am here in stall 11. They brought me a sweet route44 tea. I ordered an unsweetened route44 tea... I told them I needed my unsweetened tea... 10 minutes later I still have not got it... I tried calling on the phone and they couldn't hear me.... This is a very bad day....
This location has become very slow.
Great place. I got a hot dog that had been burnt black and it was so hard I couldn't bite it. I scrapped the chili off to find a burnt dog. Took it back and the manager replaced my meal.
We stopped by for dessert and our carhop Madison T was great!!!
Stopped in to get a Butterfinger Peanut Butter Custard. The custard was really thick. I couldnt eat it. I thought I was getting mostly peanut butter so I stirred it up. There was a white powdery substance at the bottom of the cup. I left in on my countertop for a few hours and the it did not melt. I've had this custard several times but this was the first time ordering it at this location. I was disapponted.
