Cici's obviously isn't gourmet pizza. However, it is clean, solid and super affordable. Kids 3 and under can eat for $1 and the have a mini arcade. My son loves this place but I'd rather have pizza from elsewhere.
Foods okay but prices are great... Food could be updated some as it's lacking compared to the changes others pizza company's have went.... But the prices are around the same as years ago and the pizza seems around the same too so I guess if it's not broken don't fix it...
This is one of the few CiCi's in Memphis that is actually taken care of. It really changes each time. Sometimes it can be overcrowded with no pizza or pizzas coming out one after another. Sometimes it can be slow with old,boring pizza. If you want a special pizza you can request it and it'll be brought to your table. Salad bar is decent as well as dessert. More dessert options would be nice because everyone always want the cinnamon rolls and there's usually never enough. Staff are usually nice and helpful.
I instantly remembered why I hadn't been here. Customer service poor. Cleanliness poor. Salad Bar wasn't kept up. Dressing containers empty. Wasn't very crowded. It's been 5 years since I been here and I won't be back. Another location last visit, apparently all are ran the same
