Disappointing! We ordered 20 piece and 12 piece family meals to go. We waited over 40 minutes for the order while they filled orders placed at the counter after ours. The four sides combined were not large enough to feed even 8 people. While the chicken is good, it is not worth the cost when trying to feed a small group.
I love the chicken here!!! Gus's one of my best places to eat fried chicken, but for this location nah nah nah. Dont waste your time and money on this location. I went to this location 2 times in 1 week for pick up. The first time, they made me wait for about an hour, and every 15 min they will said to me that one of the sides are SOLD OUT. After that, i went home, they forget to add the coleslaw and two pieces of chicken.
There is not much to say that you don't already know best chicken ever customer service is awsome and you can purchase a forty oz with your chicken what's not to love.
If you decide to order for pick up. Make sureee to check your order before you leave the restaurant!!!
The second time, i went there they give me a coleslaw with the order ( an extra one ) but they forget 2 pieces of the chicken AGAIN!
OMG! If you're in the area don't miss out on that chicken. The wait staff is so friendly and welcoming. Fab food, great people...can't beat it. We "escaped" FL and came here to stay at nephew's house and he told us to eat here. When they found out we were evacuees, someone paid for our meal!! So generous and we are so grateful. Thanks to whoever did that.
This location left a bad taste in my mouth - absolutely worst customer service ..... hope it has changed - giving a star is being generous . I’m sure this location will do well since it has “Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken “ on its sign . Comparing this to the other locations - it would be the last on the list. Driving to the other locations is worth my time especially to the one in Mason {The Original } !!!!!!!
