The food was amazing. Our aitress checked on us many times and refilled our drinks without us begging her to check on my group.
I ordered the harvest chicken salad sandwich and there was hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich. My husband's and son's food was fine over all.
My all time FAVORITE go-to place to eat. Great prices, great staff, great food. Definitely convenient in every way imaginable.
Food was good though next time I would ask them to go light on the sauce because the orange is pretty powerful... I do feel as if it's a bit overpriced but anyone who has been to McAlister's knows it isn't cheap. It ended up being 11$ and some change without a drink. Which isn't terrible but could be a couple bucks cheaper in my opinion. Overall it's worth it once or twice a month definitely not a sandwich shop I'd go to everyday personally. But the food is good so props to that.
Always receive great service with a smile, quick turnaround and most times, even a visit by staff during the meal, to see if I need anything. I highly recommend the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center recipe salmon salad, with diced baked salmon on a bed of spring mix, garnished with berries. Their salad bar is well maintained and well stocked, the black currant tea is a good alternative to soda options. The bus crew keeps the place clean, even during the busiest rushes, so there's always a clean table.
