Good fast food at a decent cost
The customer service attendance were good but they informed me they gave me a large chili I asked for crackers that's it we put crackers in there I said you put one little package it said yesterday they told us anytime after 3 we have to charge you for your crackers. That's a f****** joke on me I'm done with Wendy's you know what anything in Bartlett either charges you more or they rip you off they don't give you napkins I'm done I'm done with fast food all the way around it ain't nothing but a f****** criminal offense even trying to think about eating at one of these places in Memphis that either racism or you don't get what you ask for or you get the wrong things you asked for
Great chilli and hamburgers. Employees need to pay attention to orders though, s some people suffer from food allergies. Adding mayo when specifically requested not to could have dire circumstances.
The best customer service and hot fast food that I've had in a long time. Today was my cheat day and it was worth it. Great job by the staff!!!
Love Wendy's but this one is the slowest Wendy's in the history of the planet. Don't expect to grab a quick bite here, even through the drive-thru. You're better off going to a different Wendy's or something else close by.
